Adi Steiner
Partner
Adi has over twenty years of professional experience in real estate, construction and project management.
Prior to STC Partners, he worked as an independent project management consultant and occupied various manager positions, including project manager and area manager, within Strabag Romania (one of the largest construction companies in Europe). Adi has successfully managed the development of a wide variety of real estate projects on the Romanian market (including some of the landmark real estate developments in the country), accumulating unparalleled experience in residential, retail, office, industrial and infrastructure projects. Adi holds a degree in Engineering, construction planning and management from FH Joanneum University (Austria).
Roxana Cristea
Partner
Roxana has over fifteen years of professional experience in real estate, construction and business development.
Prior to STC Partners, she worked as an independent consultant and occupied various management roles, including acquisitions and business development manager, within Strabag Romania (one of the largest construction companies in Europe). Roxana has successfully managed the business development and acquisition side of a large number of real estate projects. Roxana holds a degree in Civil Construction Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management from Technical University of Civil Construction (Romania).
Andrei Ștefan
Partner
Andrei has over seven years of professional experience in real estate, finance and consulting.
Prior to STC Partners, he worked as an investment analyst at Prime Kapital and MAS plc (some of the largest developer and respectively investor of real estate in Romania). Andrei has been involved in various strategic and operational consulting projects as part of his roles at Horvath & Partners, Roland Berger, Quick Release (Automotive) or independent consulting. Andrei holds a degree in Economics from University of Warwick (UK).
