Our first project, completed in 2021, exemplifies successful urban regeneration. Located near the Palace of Parliament, Quartier Gramont transformed the former Maison Mignot-Boucher perfume factory, opened in 1912, into a boutique residential complex. Preserving and restoring the brick facade, this 44-apartment project visually enriches Bucharest’s central area, combining cultural heritage with modern comfort.

Quartier Azuga, located in sector 2 near Plumbuita and Tei parks, redefines urban living through modern design and sustainable solutions. Developed on a former storage space, the project, with over 200 apartments, exceeds the nZEB standard, offering unprecedented quality in this price category.
