Our first project, completed in 2021, exemplifies successful urban regeneration. Located near the Parliament Palace, Quartier Gramont has transformed the former perfume factory Mignot-Boucher House, opened in 1912, in a boutique residential complex. Preserving and restoring the brick facade, this project of 44 apartments visually enriches the central area of Bucharest, combining cultural heritage with modern comfort.

Quartier Azuga, located in sector 2 near Plumbuita and Tei parks, redefines urban living through modern design and sustainable solutions. Developed on a former warehouse space, the project, with over 200 apartments, exceeds the nZEB standard, offering unprecedented quality in this price category.
